A Ministry of Camp Wanake, owned and operated by The East Ohio Conference of The United Methodist Church. The Wanake Ranch is a year round facility that aims to teach people of all ages about horses, a place where horses allow us to let go of life and just enjoy the moment. After all, as Winston Churchill said, "There is something about the outside of a horse that is good for the inside of a man".

The Wanake Ranch offers:
-Summer camp for children Kindergarten through Grade 12
-Riding Lessons in both the spring and fall with weather dependent winter lessons
-Pony Birthday Parties for children of all ages
-Trail rides through the beautiful hills
-Events and opportunities for groups to learn about horses

The East Ohio Camps leadership team has been praying, seeking counsel, and working diligently on what move to make about summer camp in 2021. After much prayer, consultation, and creative thinking we have decided to move forward with our plans for Summer Camp at Aldersgate, Asbury and Wanake. We can't wait to see you at Summer Camp 2021!

*News from the Wanake Ranch*
Wanake is suspending fall horse lessons and trail rides at the Wanake Ranch while we evaluate the best course of action for the horse ministry. As we pause the horse ministry for a space of time, we invite you to join us in prayer as we ask God to reveal his plan.

In the meantime, Wanake continues to host families and guest groups of various sizes and durations at the main campus.
