PLEASE SHARE! This young lady, Tricia Jacomma still remains at large and wanted by the Howell Police Department in conjunction with the participation of multiple counts of severe animal abuse and neglect.

For those that don’t know the story, Tricia and her fiance stole four, three week old german shepherd puppies in Somerset County, brought them to Howell when they moved into the area and then proceeded to abuse, starve and neglect the puppies until they died. Ultimately the couple then burned some in their fire pit and others, buried the remains in their yard.
