If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we will not accept the dog. Late to pick up:

Deposits:
Starting in July 2022, all new customers will be asked to secure your appointment with a $20.00 deposit. If you fail to arrive to your appointment on time or at all, the deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable. Cancelations:
Cancelations must be made 24 hours in advance. This gives the team adequate time to replace that booking. Exceptions are emergencies or positive Covid test. Failure to do so will result in a non refundable prepayment of $35.00 before your next appointment. Reschedules:
You can not reschedule more than three times in a row or you will be banned. No call no show:
If you are a no call no show to your appointment you will be asked for a non refundable prepayment of $50.00 before your next appointment. Aggression:
We will work as a team to figure out how to safely groom your pup. If the stress level is too high, proper sedation may be what is best. As always, safety & trust is the most important for a healthy relationship between groomer & client. A handling fee up to $50 may be assessed to appointments that require extra grooming time, muzzles, breaks, isolated confinement, constantly attempt to bite the groomer, the assistance of another groomer. Geriatric Grooming:
Senior pets often times have hidden or obvious pre-existing health problems. And the grooming process can aggravate these issues. Our goal is to get them in and out as safely and stress-free as possible which means we may opt for a functional groom instead of a vanity groom. Neuter policy:
There are 2 dedicated days of the week for unfixed animals. Tuesdays are for males. And Wednesdays are for females. If your pet is in active heat she will be turned away. All other days are for fixed animals. Exceptions are babies under a year and geriatric pets. Pelt policy:
If you present us with a pelted dog, we are absolutely willing to help but a pelt fee will be assessed. Small dogs are $50 extra and large dogs $100 extra. Matted dogs:
We will no longer be dematting excessively matted dogs. Fleas/ticks:
If your pet arrives with parasites, a capstar pill will be administered based on weight. The extra time needed to eradicate fleas is an additional $25. If a pet is infested then a sanitation fee of $50 is additional. Leash/carrier:
All pets need to be leashed, held in your arms, or in a crate for their safety at pick up and drop off.
