is #1 nemesis, any brown, fuzzy tailed, acorn and bird seed eater. If the word "squirrel" is mentioned in Castle's presence he goes into high alert mode looking for one of those varmints. Castle is very affectionate with everyone in the family. When Kayla is around and Castle is lying down, Kayla will climb on Castle and give him hugs. Castle will very gently place his wet nose on her face and plants a kiss in return. Castle has playtime with his cousins "Sadie" a Great Dane puppy and "Rufus" a mixed breed puppy in the backyard. They love to play tag, keep away and anything else they can think of. When it snows, Castle will be outside diving into snow drifts, hopping like a bunny, making snow angels or playing with his older sister(not really related), "Nuage" our 8 year old Grand Champion Pyr. His call name "Castle" is from the popular TV show, which is one of our favorites. When he was born he lived with Deb & Russ Wahna. Deb is also hooked on "Richard Castle" His registrared name came from a castle built in the 1100's by Baron Castelnau in the Pyrenees Mountains of France. The chateau stills stands!
