💔🐾 WHY IS ANGELICA STILL WAITING? 🐾💔

We've had Angelica since she was just 7 weeks old. Tiny enough to fit in your arms.

Well... she's now over 6 months old.

Her two brothers have found their forever families. They've settled into homes, claimed couches, stolen hearts, and started their happily-ever-afters.

And still, Angelica waits. 😔

The truth is, Angelica isn't a tiny puppy anymore. She's a BIG girl born to big parents, and she'll likely grow into a 60+ pound dog. But what she lacks in "small puppy" size, she makes up for tenfold in personality. ❤️

She's a lovable, playful, cuddly little firecracker. One minute she's launching into zoomies around the yard, splashing in her beloved kiddie pool, and the next she's curled up in your lap acting like she weighs 8 pounds instead of 40. 😆

She's mischievous in all the best puppy ways:

🎾 Toys mysteriously disappear
⚡ Zoomies happen without warning
💕 Cuddles are mandatory

We're looking for a home familiar with American Bully-type breeds (there may even be some Boxer mixed in) and children over 10 who can handle her enthusiastic puppy energy.

While Angelica enjoys playing with other dogs, we'd love to see her become someone's spoiled one-and-only. She certainly thinks she deserves that kind of VIP treatment, and we don't disagree. 👑🐾

Please don't let her spend the rest of her puppyhood growing up in foster care. She deserves a family. A bed to share. A person who calls her their own. 🏡❤️

Just like her legendary namesake, Nina Simone is soulful, unforgettable, and full of personality. 🖤🤍

This gorgeous 2 year old tuxedo girl has the perfect mix of sweetness and sass. One minute she's soaking up cuddles and affection, and the next she's reminding everyone that she's a lady with standards. 😼✨

Nina came to us during a TNR project, but it quickly became obvious that life outdoors wasn't for her. She was simply too friendly, too loving, and way too interested in people to be returned outside. Now she's ready for the indoor life she deserves! 🏡❤️

Favorite things:

🐾 Cuddles and being carried around like the queen she is

She does fine with dogs and can live with other cats, although she may occasionally throw a little side-eye their way if they're getting on her nerves. 😹

Need a little more excitement and entertainment in your life? We have just the thing... kittens! 😸🎉

We have several adorable kittens who need foster homes while they continue to grow, play, nap, zoom, and prepare for their forever families. And trust us—there is never a dull moment when kittens are involved! 🐾😂

From tiny toe beans and endless purrs to hilarious kitten antics and cuddle sessions, fostering kittens is one of the most rewarding ways you can help save lives. ❤️

You provide the love and a safe place to land, and we provide the food, supplies, and veterinary care! 🍼🐱🏥

📍 Fosters can be within about an hour of Gulfport, MS.

Please note: We do require positive vet references for all fosters. Since fosters are given the opportunity to adopt their foster pets (unless a home is already lined up), they go through the same screening process as our adopters.

🐾🎉 What a PAW-some day! 🎉🐾

We had the absolute best time celebrating the 5th Anniversary of Cafe BoneJour and International Corgi Day with our volunteers and supporters! ❤️

The turnout was incredible, and our pups had THE BEST TIME soaking up all the love, attention, belly rubs, pool time, and of course, their delicious paw-garita drinks! 🍹🐶

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by to meet our adoptable dogs, snag a smooch at the kissing booth 💋🐾, make a donation, or purchase a sticker or candle to support our rescue. Every conversation, every purchase, and every bit of support helps us continue our mission and means more than you know.

It was definitely a hot one ☀️🥵, but seeing our pups enjoy themselves and watching so many people connect with rescue made every sweaty minute worth it!

And a very special thank you to Jeanelle and Roxanne for the invitation and for including us in such a fun community event. We are grateful for your support and friendship! ❤️

🐾✨ Calling All Puppy Whisperers ✨🐾

We need two special foster homes for Zira and Kira. 💕🐶

These sisters were born into heartbreaking circumstances and rescued when they were less than a week old. They've been safe and loved in foster care, but as part of a litter of 8 puppies, they've quietly faded into the background.

While their siblings confidently explore the world, Zira and Kira are still learning that people can be trusted. They are sweet as can be, but they need extra one-on-one attention to help build confidence, come out of their shells, and prepare for the forever homes they deserve. 🌱

We're looking for patient people with calm homes, gentle hearts, and a willingness to celebrate small victories. A friendly, confident dog in the home would be a huge help and is preferred. 🐕🐾
