🐾 French Bulldog: New Generation Coat Types 🐾

French Bulldogs are evolving, with breeders introducing new coat genetics that create a variety of unique appearances.

🐶 Short Haired – The traditional smooth-coated French Bulldog and recognised breed standard.

🐶 Velvet – An ultra-soft, velvety coat, often with increased skin wrinkling.

🐶 Hairless – A nearly hairless coat produced by hairless genetics.

🐶 Fluffy – A long-haired French Bulldog carrying two copies of the long-hair gene.

🐶 Puffy – A fluffy coat combined with a curly gene, creating a fuller, plush appearance.

🐶 Wired – A coarse, wiry coat with distinctive facial furnishings.

🐶 Curly – A dense, curly coat created by combining long-hair and curly coat genes.

🐶 Floodle – A fluffy coat with furnishings, giving a shaggy, teddy-like look.

🐶 Teddy Bear – The fullest coat type, combining long-hair, furnishing and curly coat genes for an extra fluffy appearance.
