ot and how others can be towards one another, it is sad. I do know the pandemic exacerbated the burn out and our fuses towards each other, still gives no right to treat people how we have. On top of that an already struggling field with short staffing, horrible pay, longer hours and no work-life balance. We are in this field because we love what we do and very passionate about it, helping other Pawrents and Fur Babies. I was wondering what more can we do to help each other in this field? and the fur babies? It dawned on me more self care... more understanding...more compassion FOR ALL. If we can at least help each other more, there is no limit on how we can change this field to be better to everyone. What I do mean by that is compassion over profit, understanding over bullying and understanding when others are completely burnt out. It is becoming a huge problem in this field... we can do better and I hope I will help make that impact. As a side I do offer Pet Sitting services in the East Bay Area!
