Just a quick update on product status:
Incubators 12x12, 18x18 and 24x18--all in stock. 36x18x18 under development.
Standard and Pro Series Oxygen Concentrators--the last two replenishments of inventory sold faster than we expected. We know we disappointed some people by not having them available. We have about 150 oxygen concentrators that are in process and will be ready to ship early to mid June. They might even be a few days ahead of schedule. We have another build scheduled right after this build. We are working to have continuos supply.
Note: There are currently discount incentives for Mother's Day to order early. The incubator and accessories will ship right away. The concentrators will ship mid-June.
Accessories: XS, S, M, and L syringe feeding ni***es are all in stock. Nebulizers are in stock. Current inserts and p*e pads in stock. Whelping mats are available for 3x3', 4x4'. and 5x5' Whelping box sizes. Now is a great time to restock whelping accessories.

We are doing our best to resolve the shortage of concentrators. With the last order, we had a few customers who tried to time their purchase to the litter timing, and we had just sold out of concentrators the week before. We try to keep everyone in the loop. As directly as I can put it, many small and medium companies need to be a bit more conservative in planning due to some of the uncertainties in the economy. The puppy market seems to be bouncing back faster than many of us expected. We think we are planning well--but you may surprise us again.
The overwhelming majority of customers and prospective customers have been very understanding of the situation. Simply stated, that inspires us to work even harder for you. Thank you!
