That’s a wrap on the LHSRA Finals Rodeo, and what a weekend it was.
Y’all kept me busy, entertained, and well fed all week long. ❤️
There’s truly nothing like the rodeo family. One thing that stood out to me was watching these kids. Every day they’d stop by my stall to say hello, check in, and before long they started showing up with meals to make sure I had eaten. Those small acts of kindness meant more than they know.
It warmed my heart to be surrounded by families raising respectful, hardworking, caring young people. The future of our rodeo community is in good hands.
Weekends like this are a reminder that doing what you love is a gift. I’m grateful for every horse, every conversation, every laugh, and every person who stopped by.
