Meet sweet Frankie ❤️

While we do not typically intake dogs Frankie’s case is special. Frankie’s world was turned upside down when her owner moved away and left her behind with a roommate. Despite everything she’s been through, this girl is still full of love and deserves every chance at comfort, care, and happiness.

Right now, Frankie needs us more than ever. She tested positive for Lyme disease and is also facing the possibility of lymphoma. Her lymph nodes are severely swollen, and we’ve already sent out biopsies to hopefully get answers and a diagnosis. As if she hasn’t already had a hard enough life, she now has a long road of medical care ahead of her.

Frankie still needs:
• Dental care
• Spay surgery
• Basic vetting and vaccines
• Ongoing treatment and supportive care

There is also a chance Frankie may end up being a hospice case, but regardless of the outcome, we are committed to making sure she feels loved, safe, and comfortable for however long she has.

We are already nose deep into her vet bills, with the possibility of much more to come once biopsy results return.

Any donation — no matter the amount — will go directly toward Frankie’s medical care and helping her get back to the loving, happy girl she deserves to be.

Sorry I have been MIA. Small family emergency and then some stomach bug is trying to take me out. But I’m back and we need to get this fundraising party wrapped up.
