The Two Beekeepers is an Apiary started by Lori and Martin as a hobby while living in Wheaton, IL. Through life changes it has become a full time business for Lori. Lori and Martin have deeply rooted interests in agriculture production. Martin grew up in a rural community and Lori has always been interested in growing plants and keeping animals. Since starting beekeeping in 2012, the operation has

grown to include out yards in two counties and has grown from 10 hives to well over 50. Now that the operation is based in Batavia, Lori can dedicate more space and grow the product line as time and resources allow. Our Wednesday Evening Farmers Market has been moved to Thursday evening. Stop by to hear the concert and check out the market. See you then!!!

🌧️ Due to severe storms forecasted for Wednesday, we've made the decision to move this week's Wednesday Evening Market to Thursday, June 18.

Join us from 5:00–8:00 PM at the Peace Plaza (100 N. Island Ave.) for an evening of local produce, handmade goods, fresh foods, and live music alongside the Batavia Park District's River Rhapsody Concert Series featuring The Chicago Rockhouse (beginning at 7pm at Peg Bond Center.)

We look forward to seeing you on Thursday for a beautiful evening in downtown Batavia! ☀️🛍️🎶

This weekend, June 6 and 7 is the June Kane County Flea Market!!!! Saturday 11-4 and Sunday 7-3. We will have plenty of local honey, creamed honey, comb honey, beeswax candies, beeswax bars, soap, lotion, polishes, honey sticks, and many more home made items. Yes, we have honey candy again! We will be in our usual spot on the west wall of the South Trades building.

If you would rather shop indoors this weekend, our honey and other products are still available at Red Hive Market, The Little Traveler, online at The Tea Tree, Mighty Greens Farm, and Nuovo Tea in Glen Ellyn!!!
