I don’t believe I’ve ever met a more tolerant pup. Meet Sunny. This little boy was the PERFECT dog to groom today, and trust me I asked a lot of him. Sunny was pelted throughout 80% of his little body and shaving him was very challenging. My 10 blades were only laughing at me, but when I broke out my 30, and very delicately and carefully began removing the matted hair. I’m also super excited about grooming Sunny because I’m seeing the trend for me moving towards the dogs that have difficulty inside a grooming salon. So most of them get a comfort cut and it’s an unfinished, mostly unattractive, end product. Sunny let me finish him up, down to his little toe beans and complied 100%!!! Made my whole day🫠

Happy Saturday everyone!! Here’s a before/after ppic of one of my personal favs! I’ve been grooming Luna since the beginning of forever, and have grown rather fond of her. But she was a wiggle worm and her groom took twice as long. Her mom came up with an idea, and we tried it that way, then her whole grooming experience changed for the better. Let this be our reminder that changing our approach to life’s curve balls can sometimes be all it takes to overcome the problem. I love me some Luna!🐶😍
