Hello

🚨We want to apologize for the delay in responding to messages and calls over the last few days🚨

As many of you know, I (Glenna) am usually the one handling appointments and communication. Since Thursday morning, one of our children has been hospitalized, and during this unexpected family situation, I left our business phone at home while staying by his side. Today, I was able to return home briefly to grab clothes and check messages, as we are still uncertain about when our son will be discharged.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time🙏

➡️Alberto will be at the shop tomorrow Monday 25th and will continue taking care of scheduled appointments. If you already have an appointment booked, no worries.. your appointment is still confirmed.

🚨We are hopeful our son will be discharged soon, and if all goes well, we plan to open longer hours on Tuesday to help take care of everyone’s fur babies and catch up with those waiting for appointments 🤍

Thank you all for your kindness, prayers, and understanding as we navigate this family matter. Your support means more than you know 🤍

🚨Queremos pedir disculpas por la demora en responder mensajes y llamadas durante los últimos días🚨

Como muchos de ustedes saben, yo (Glenna) soy normalmente quien se encarga de las citas y la comunicación con los clientes. Desde la mañana del Jueves, uno de nuestros hijos ha estado hospitalizado y, durante esta situación familiar inesperada, dejé el teléfono del negocio en casa mientras permanecía a su lado. Hoy pude regresar brevemente a casa para recoger ropa y revisar mensajes, ya que todavía no estamos seguros de cuándo nuestro hijo será dado de alta.

Realmente agradecemos su paciencia y comprensión durante este tiempo🙏

➡️Alberto estará en el local mañana Lunes 25 y continuará atendiendo las citas programadas. Si ya tiene una cita reservada, no se preocupe.. su cita sigue confirmada.

🚨Tenemos la esperanza de que nuestro hijo sea dado de alta pronto y, si todo sale bien, planeamos abrir más horas el Martes para ayudar a atender a los perrij@s y ponernos al día con quienes están esperando citas 🤍

Good afternoon

🗣We are fully booked for Monday 11th, and Tuesday 12th🚨We have some SpawTs available for Wednesday 13th. However, we are taking our last SpawT at noon to be able to be home and celebrate our kid Bday😄

☀️We truly appreciate every single one of you for trusting us with your fur babies, recommending us to friends and family, for sharing our posts, and taking the time to leave reviews to help us grow!! Your support means more to us than you can imagine, and because of you, Snoopy’s Grooming SpawT continues to grow every day 🫧🐶

🐾As our business grows, we are also learning the importance of balance🤯.. When we are off the clock, our phone may be off as well. As much as we love what we do, we also need to dedicate time to our families, our children, and our responsibilities at home and our other jobs😉

➡️Please know we are never ignoring anyone.. We simply want to make sure we are giving our full attention both to our customers during work hours and to our families during personal time😉⬅️

🗣 As you guys known we are open Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 8 am - till last SpawT 🚨 starting JUNE 6 we will be open at the shop too🙌...

🐶As always thank you for understanding, and continuing to supporting our small business, and allowing us to continue doing what we love one day at a time🐾

➡️We understand things happen in life, but just so you know, same-day cancellations or no show make it really hard for us to fill that SpawT, and it does cause a loss of income for our small business 🐾 For that reason, there’s a $40 (per fur baby) fee⬅️
