📣 Happy Sunday Pawlished Family! 📣
I just wanted to take some time out to go over some shop etiquette with you all. I realize that being one on one is new to many of you and it is bit different. These are just some things to keep in mind so that we may keep each appointment personalized, schedule accordingly, as well as maintain safety for everyone.
🐾 First and foremost please please please confirm your appointments! Everyone should be receiving a text the day before their appointment around 12pm. If you do not respond to the message, the system will CANCEL your appointment by the next morning automatically. So to ensure your appointment stays on the schedule please confirm. We do send follow up texts and make calls if we have not received a confirmation! However they aren’t always answered either.

🐾 Every appointment is one on one to limit the amount of stress in the salon for each pet. While we appreciate you showing up early, please do not come to the door unless asked until your appointment time. It can be very distracting to anyone still on the table, which then will take time to calm them down in order to finish their groom.
🐾 This should go without saying but please do not bang on the front door. Take a moment to peak in to see if there is a dog on the table before knocking. We will be installing a doorbell this month to help with answering the door. But banging can cause an injury to the pet and/or groomer.
🐾 Everyone requires a rabies shot! Unless they have a recent negative Titer test. The rabies tag will not suffice as it doesn’t have the expiration date on it. This is to protect both your pets and our groomers. We will add it to the system and you will get an email before your rabies is due to expire. A picture can be texted to our shop number to ease the process.
🐾 Please walk your dogs before their visit, we can absolutely tell when you haven’t.
🐾 Lastly we do not charge a deposit for appointments, nor do we charge a cancellation fee. However we will be implementing a cancellation policy, in which last minute cancels will have to pay a deposit after 3 short notices. Our groomers are paid by appointment, to have someone cancel 20 minutes before they are due in is not fair to them. So again if you cancel 3 appointments on the day of, then moving forward you will have to pay a deposit. The day before gives us more time to fill your spot.
As always we absolutely love our growing Pawlished family and we wouldn’t be here without you. We take every step to ensure your pets safety and well being in everything we do. We just need a little help from you. Thank you all so much! We’ll see you at you’re next appointment 💕
