Just a reminder we open at 9 am. Unless you have an earlier appointment, please do not show up at the door until 9 o’clock. We use that time before when we come in at 8:30 to set up the salon and make sure the shop is ready for everyone for the day. Also, please do not show up earlier than 5 or 10 minutes before your appointment. It causes a distraction when we have to stop what we’re doing and and answer the door. It takes time to do a full check-in process in which that time will take away from the client that we currently have on our table. From now on if you show up earlier than 10 minutes, we will not be able to accept you until we are done with our client before you. Thank you so much for all your continued support. 🐶

🎀 PAWLISHED UPDATES 🎀

We have a few updates for everyone! 🐾

First, our Saturday appointments are currently booked out until June 6th, and our schedule overall has been VERY tight lately! If you are looking to get your pup/cat in for grooming, please make sure to schedule ahead of time whenever possible to guarantee availability. ✂️🐶

We are also looking to add another part-time groomer within the next few weeks for Sundays, Mondays, and Thursdays to help accommodate everyone better! 🩷

We wanted to update everyone on some schedule changes as well:

🐾 Matthew will continue maintaining his current schedule and will be working Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

🐾 Krista’s schedule will be changing a bit! She will now be working Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

🐾 My schedule will also be changing soon, but I will be reaching out to my clients personally before those changes officially begin.

And lastly, we are excited to officially welcome our newest team member, Alexia! 🎉

Starting in about two weeks, Alexia will be helping answer phone calls, texts, and appointment requests throughout the day Tuesday–Saturday. Right now she is learning the ropes and getting settled in, so don’t be alarmed if you hear a new voice when contacting us! 🐾☎️

We appreciate everyone’s patience, support, and understanding while we continue growing and making improvements for both our clients and staff. We truly appreciate you all more than you know!
