ARF Bartlesville ARF's mission is to help animals in need. ARF Park is a 5-acre membership dog park located adjacent to our adoption facility.

ARF's adoption facility is currently home to an average of 30 cats/kittens and 25 dogs/puppies waiting to be adopted into their forever homes. We are currently open by appointment only due to COVID-19. If you are interested in adopting, please submit an application and you will be contacted for an appointment.

Lucy and Rosco would love to be adopted together. They are both well trained and housebroken. They are use to ranch/farm life and have been around cattle and horses. Might not be good around chickens though. They have both been fully vetted thru their lives and are just wonderful dogs. Lucy is a pure breed Catahoula with papers and is super sweet. Catahoula are known to be protective of their people and property. Lucy lives up to her breed. Rosco is the best behaved, calmest guy you can find.
