OUR AREA IS IN A GROOMING CRISIS.
I dont know why hateful is in the air right now 🤦♀️
This is a psa mainly for new clients and people that are getting frustrated with the very few of us in town.
It is audibly IMPOSSIBLE for me to take phone calls during business hours. I understand that we are loosing groomers faster than the town can replace them, I groom atleast 16 dogs a day on average by myself to try and accommodate all that i can, but with that being said, my focus is on the 16 owners that waited to hear from me and my list of reaccuring appointments on each day i come in. I do check my phone periodically to stay in text touch with owners of the dogs that are in my shop on each day. But in order to continue being able to take in new clients, I can not take the time away during business hours to be having introductory new client phone calls. Its just as many new clients calling a day to dogs i have in everyday. So I have to squeeze these calls into the very limited time I have off of work, which is in the morning 7-8 and thats only if clients dont start dropping off before 8. And if there are no hiccups, 5-7 in the evening.
Passive aggressive texts and voicmails do not get an appointment, they get a referral to petco.
Things balance back out naturally with patience, and praise god I have a client list full of patient clients that have gone through all the ebs and flows with me over the years, you guys keep my head up more than you know!
THE DOGS IN MY CARE EACH DAY WILL ALWAYS TAKE PRIORITY.
Please be persistent in trying to get in contact with me if you dont hear from me, voicemails fill and messages get out of rotation. Once youre established in my system things will flow better for the next appointment.
