At the last check up my wife hit a deer, my truck is in the shop for a few weeks. But I have a loaner car. My next check is in a week. Maybe I will get some freedom.

Update, one week after my shoulder surgery. I'm still tender and sore. I'm off pain meds and trying to make it happen. Doctor appointment Monday morning and hopefully I will be released to do some pt on it. Just been laying around the homestead farm.

My shoulder surgery is tomorrow afternoon at 2pm . Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers ahead of time. I'll keep you posted on how things are going.

Garden is getting cleaned up for the winter. Raspberries bushes are pruned, blackberry bushes are supported, and I rototilled up the ground. I still have to transplant a row of asparagus.
Wood boiler is loaded up in I put a new door seal on. Hot water heater is clean and ready to go.

What a crazy year even the potatoes are on the small size. Most likely will can them up .

The past year has been the most challenging for our garden since I began planting it over 20 years ago. Luckily, the critters have left our beets and peppers intact. There is not much remaining of our other plants.

Added this storage rack on the back of the camper for healing firewood and a generator for rustic camping.

Still have not gotten the woodchuck. He did tear up my live trap. In got out.

Our garden is just about all eaten up. We only have potatoes, peppers, beets, carrots, Calery, onions , zucchini, pumpkin and winter squash..
Plus today the riding mower deck fell apart, had to order a new one. Hopefully I will eventually get the woodchuck eaten up every thing.
