For fine pheasant and chukar hunting, call us! We are located in northwest Wisconsin, at the head waters of the Yellow River, only two miles off Highway 63 on a black top road. The terrain consists of rolling hills, ponds, as well as wooded areas that are part of a rich glacial hummock containing a diversity of plants and wildlife. Hunts are available from July 15th to Jan. 1st. In July and August, a limited number of "hen hunts" are available at approximately half our regular prices. These hunts are great for dog training, young hunters, and/or those who simply want to do an early season tune up. The "hen hunts" sell out quickly, so call early to reserve birds. When the snow flies, bring your snowshoes and head into the field for a unique and exciting winter hunt.Gift certificates make great Christmas and birthday gifts. No license is required, but hunters must be at least 12 years old. For hunters between the ages of 12 and 18, a Hunter Safety Certificate is required. Hunters must wear a blaze orange hat or vest for safety reasons.

Yesterday I grossed my friend, dr. Pat out. While I was mowing trails with my brother's little brush cutter, little green bugs kept going up my pants legs and crawling around. I couldn't get them out without taking my pants off, couldn't go in from the field every time I felt one crawling and wasn't just going to tolerate them so I squished them right through my pants. I told Pat and mentioned that I would probably find little green bug carcasses all over my legs when I got home and changed. He said he predicts I'll be alone the rest of my life and that I hide my level of sophistication quite well. I told him that's okay. I don't care what others think. They don't do it much anyway.

Sister Kristi suggested I take my pants off to mow. Niece Evie said tuck my pants into my socks. I tried to mow again and discovered to put my socks over my pants bottoms, i have to reach my socks. There goes that option. It's probably a good thing I couldn't get the mower to start today.

I am looking to rehome Krystal. She's a lonely only right now as my other horses have passed away and I'm too old to get another horse to keep her company. Krystal's mother was a foundation registered quarter horse and her father was a purebred Morgan. At one time, Krystal was shown in 4H but she hasn't been ridden recently. She would need an experienced rider. I also have some saddles, tack, very nice horse blankets and some show clothes. Please call or message me for more information.
