Pups have their first shots, are wormed and have dewclaws removed, are well socialized and come with a full health

guarantee. All of our dogs are working dogs, with several also competing in AKC hunt tests, in pheasant hunting competitions and, occasionally, a field trial. Over the years, eleven have attained Master Hunter status, while others are at various stages of competition, including two more working towards their Master Hunter titles. For fine pheasant and chukar hunting, call us! We are located in northwest Wisconsin, at the head waters of the Yellow River, only two miles off Highway 63 on a black top road. The terrain consists of rolling hills, ponds, as well as wooded areas that are part of a rich glacial hummock containing a diversity of plants and wildlife. Hunts are available from July 15th to Jan. 1st. In July and August, a limited number of "hen hunts" are available at approximately half our regular prices. These hunts are great for dog training, young hunters, and/or those who simply want to do an early season tune up. The "hen hunts" sell out quickly, so call early to reserve birds. When the snow flies, bring your snowshoes and head into the field for a unique and exciting winter hunt.Gift certificates make great Christmas and birthday gifts. No license is required, but hunters must be at least 12 years old. For hunters between the ages of 12 and 18, a Hunter Safety Certificate is required. Hunters must wear a blaze orange hat or vest for safety reasons.

I'm trying to get a peek at my future. In a little more than 2 weeks, I'll be ready for my new, forever family. My siblings and I are healthy, happy, alert, curious and so loving. We all hope to become part of families that are looking for great all around hunting and family dogs and possibly even competition dogs. We are bred to do it all. The Sky is the limit!

Gabby, a rare Berger Picard, and Jane, a wheaten terrier, are looking for a new home together. Their owner passed away quite suddenly and unexpectedly. I would like to find someone who would foster them if other arrangements don't work. If I foster out a dog, technically, it belongs to me. I take care of shots, routine health care like tick and heart worm meds, regular vaccinations, etc. The dog(s) live with the foster, but if the foster needs boarding or a break, the dog comes back to me until the fosters are ready for it to return to them. If the placement doesn't work out, the dog returns to me. If you are concerned about how this works, let me know and I can put you in contact with others who have fostered for me as references. Please contact me if you are interested or have questions.

The stork convoy passed over and left us these lovely chocolates. They are strong and healthy and mom, Wink, is doing great. She's so happy to have shed the extra weight. I read in the news that a stork was found in Wisconsin. I know what it was doing here.

Here's another preview of coming attractions. The doggie stork has a busy schedule over the next 2 months. Yellow litter is due in a week and a half. Chocolate litter is due mid August. Hoping to have a litter with both blacks and chocolates in about 2 months. Too early to tell if that breeding took. I'm taking deposits on the chocolates and yellows.

This doe seems quite fascinated with the dogs. She's in the yard every day and often comes in when I let the dogs out. The dogs don't chase her but are quite interested in watching her. She's equally interested in them and often moves closer and closer to them. Tonight I had 4 dogs running around in the yard. She came out of the woods and watched them until I called the dogs in, then she sauntered off. She also likes to graze in the horse pen next to my horse.
