Barnesville Critter Sitter provides caring & responsible pet sitting for dogs, cats, and other pets at my home or yours! Then $10 per home visit!

I love animals and would LOVE to take care of yours either at your home or mine. Just give me a call and know that your pet will be well taken care of. SERVICES AND PRICES

Pet Sitting at my Home
Charges:
1 Dog - $15 per day, 2 dogs $25 per day, 3 dogs, $35 per day
Cat - $15 per day
Critter - $5 per day

In-Your-Home Pet Daycare:
*FREE initial in-your-home “Meet and Greet” with you and your pet

s! Services offered are: checking on your dog(s) in the morning, afternoon, and before bedtime or any other specifically desired time. I give fresh water, bathroom break, and have a playtime! 3 checks a day would be $30! Cat and other Critter Example: You want me to come once a day to give your cat or other critters fresh water, food, and clean the litter box would be a total of $10. Unfortunately, I will not be able to do overnights in your home and I will only travel within a 3 mile radius of Barnesville. Extra Charges:
Pick-up/Drop-off Fee: $10 per time

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
*Please provide your own dog/cat food. If you happen to forget I will feed them mine at a minimal charge.

*If your dog jumps fences, digs, does not get along with other dogs, or does not like children I will not be able to care for them at my house.

*A copy of your pets vaccinations need to be on file with me so please make sure that they are up-to-date with their vaccinations to include, rabies, distemper, and bordetella (kennel cough).

*Please also make sure that they do not have diarrhea, parasites, ear mites, fleas or any illness/disease of any kind prior to bringing him/her to my house and exposing them to my animals.

*I have the right to refuse or decline my services to anyone for any reason of my own choosing.

*Pre-arranged pick-up and drop off times must be agreed upon and accepted by both parties and fit into my schedule.

*I do have a family of my own and we also make plans away from home. I may not be available to make a reservation for your animal for certain weekends, holidays, days or times, but please understand that I will do my best!

*I work from 8:15-3:00pm Monday-Friday, September-May, at the Barnesville Elementary School as a Special Education Paraprofessional. I would, however, still be able to tend to your pets before I begin work and after work ends. I also have my summers off!

Today’s weather prompted me to provide some information for the outdoor critters in your neighborhoods.

Building a Feral House (Styrofoam cooler method)

Many people order food online these days, so this is a great way to repurpose those coolers!

Inspect the cooler. Any cracks should be glued together with an adhesive that sticks to Styrofoam, or use duct tape.

To make entranceways, take a bowl and outline it where you want to put your openings.

Cut the holes out with a thin serrated edge. When pushing the pieces out, be gentle or you can break the wall of the shelter. At this time, decide whether you want two entranceways or one. If it is a smaller cooler, one entrance way will keep it warmer, but it depends on where the house will be located and if there is the danger of unfriendly animals climbing in the one entranceway.

If you have extra Styrofoam, cut it to fit into the bottom of the cooler so you can give it a thicker floor and help it last longer.

The lids should be taped all the way around, as well as around the entire cooler.

Tape black garbage bags around the entire cooler to make it waterproof.

Add straw.

Weigh the cooler down with a piece of wood so it doesn’t blow away or fall over.

If you have several coolers, you can tape two together and cut matching holes in the sides to make one big house, then cover the whole house with black garbage bags.

Unfortunately, I will not be able to do overnights in your home & I will only travel within a 3 mile radius of Barnesville.

PROFESSIONAL PET SITTING IN MY HOME

Overnights: 1 Dog - $20 per overnight stay

*Discounts for additional dogs within the same household address.

2 Dogs - $35 per overnight stay - 3 dogs $45 per overnight stay

I also give discounts for extended stay visits depending upon how long your dog is in my care.

Cat - $10 per overnight stay - Please provide your own food, cleaned litter box, litter, and litter scoop. I will provide bed, blanket, toys, dishes, and attention!

Guinea Pig/Rabbit/Other - $5 per overnight stay (Would need to come with a clean cage)

Dog Daycare: $10 per day

Extra Charges:

Pet Taxi: $10 - If you need me to pick up or drop off your pet.

Dog Walks: $5 - 10 mins, $10 - 20 mins, $15 - $30 mins. One of my boys, Andrew age 13 or Isaiah age 12, would love to walk your dog!

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

*I will provide your dog with a bed and blanket, kennel, dishes, toys, & hugs!

*Please provide your pet’s food. If you would like to bring a special blanket, bed, or toy to make your dog feel more comfortable you are encouraged to do so!

*A copy of your pets vaccinations need to be on file with me so please make sure that they are up-to-date. Dogs: rabies, distemper, and bordetella (kennel cough). Cats: rabies and distemper.

*I give extra special care to the elderly, have no problem giving medications, and have experience with administering insulin shots to both cats and dogs with diabetes.

*If your dog jumps fences, digs, or is aggressive towards other pets or people I will not be able to care for them at my house.

*Please also make sure that they do not have parasites, diarrhea, is sick or contagious, has ear mites or fleas prior to bringing him/her to my house and exposing them to my animals.

*I have the right to refuse or decline my services to anyone for any reason of my own choosing.

*I do have a family of my own and we also make plans away from home. I may not be available to make a reservation for your pet for certain weekends, holidays, days or times, but please understand that I will do my best!
