HOW TO MAKE STRAWBERRY JAM! 🍓🫙

- First make sure to wash your strawberries
- Once the strawberries are clean, start by cutting the haul (stem) off of each strawberry by using a cutting board.
- Chop your strawberries up into small pieces that are easier for mashing.
- When the strawberries are all cut place them in to a ziplock bag
- Make sure the get all the air out of the bag, and then begin squishing them with your hands.
- Get your cans ready by placing them in a pot of boiling water.
- Boil one cup of water on the stove for the jam.
- Add the 1/4 cup sugar and 4tbs of pectin
- Add the strawberries, and stir at a constant rate.
- Once it starts to boil add the rest of your sugar.
- After the sugar is stirred in, take the mixture off the burner and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Take your cans out of the water and add your jam.
- Put your sealed cans back into the boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Remove your cans and the jam is ready!
