Duke's Food Dive Discount

For every non perishable food item (like a box of Mac and cheese,box of stuffing, or a can of green beans for example) You will receive 1$ off of your price, up to 5 dollars off! Each item counts as one dollar.

Let's help feed those in need in our little community. West Virginians have always taken care of each other when things get difficult. We will take all donations to local food pantries and food programs. If you are not having a pet groomed but simply want to donate, that is wonderful too and we will happily deliver these items along as well.

Update for our System switch Over.

November first, we will officially go live With the new MoeGo appointment systems. Much will be changing but for the better so please bare with us.

Our pricing structure will be slightly raised, updated, and simplified. I will be updating the prices so that what you are quoted already has sales tax included. We will have an online store front as well as be able save your cards on file. Our prices will also be set to flat dollar amounts (i HATE counting coins haha). Hopefully a soft launch will be scheduled for October 27th. Everything SHOULD be officially ready November 1st. We will also be bringing back select discounts like a senior and college student discounts!

HEY DUKES FAMILY!
We are switching our entire database system on wednesday to a completely new pet grooming software! Way better than Daysmart, the current system. once everything is up and running, this will be far more streamlined than before! you will be able to save credit and debit cards again. The reminder texts will go through properly and hopefully we can all breathe a huge sigh of relief! MoeGo will be the new software. It will also have online booking requests and an accompanying web page. We will be able to send you pet report cards via the pet parent app. and more!

hey everyone! Very soon I will be making some changes. I have not been very happy with the current text messaging system that we pay for. We have noticed, especially lately, that texts are not being received from us until far too late and have noticed that your text messages to the computer are also not coming in as they are supposed to. Sometimes a text pops up from DAYS prior and will be the first time we have seen it. Some never show up at all. Therefore, soon we will be converting the regular salon number of 304 733 3853 into a cell phone so that the texts can be seen immediately and you can communicate via text and voice with the same phone number. Hopefully the calls will go through properly since we will not need to rely on an active internet connection. The appointments will still have a reminder text that comes from the computer and can still be confirmed by replying 'c'.

My name is Debbie and I have been a groomer for 10 years. I purchased Duke's from the wonderful Duke Hutchinson who served the area's grooming needs for 11 years :) It is a blessing that I have been trusted with all of his furry friends! I won't let you down. I would be no where in this great country without the blessings afforded to me by the ones who sacrificed all for my freedom. Therefore, I offer a 15% military/veteran discount on all services with a valid Military ID. I also offer the same 15% Discount to our Police officers and First Responders (All Departments) K9 Officers (the dogs) receive free services. (All departments) Our Shampoo's and Conditioners are Aloe Based, NOT based in skin drying Soaps. Animals are bathed with a Hydrosurge, which infuses shampoo and conditioners with water and oxygen, that penetrates even the thickest coated dogs. We feature a hydraulic lift bath tub for older dogs and for the big ones. This tub lowers to 12 inches off of the ground to make it easier for the largest dogs to step in with out aggravating arthritic conditions or making them afraid.
