* a stress and drama free barn for horse and owner
* large, well-maintained pasture with plenty of grass, room to run, and no mudd
* large, well- maintained 10X12 stalls with windows, daily stall cleaning
* a variety of awesome trails on and off the property, trail rides to local wineries
* Outdoor riding ring and lounge area
* outdoor wash stall
* tack rooms with individual lockers
