I love getting updates from past clients!

Cooper’s parents came to me asking for help with his jumping and leash pulling. After 6 sessions his pulling and jumping had improved massively. More importantly they had the knowledge and resources to continue training without me!

Today, they report he walks perfectly on the leash- even when walking with their other dog- and that jumping is rarely happening!

Way to go Cooper and his parents!

Ten years ago I started training as a puppy raiser for a service dog organization. My love for dogs grew I continued to learn more about training. I've worked to become a KPA-CTP, DMWYD Trick Dog Judge, Canine Conditioning Fitness Coach, and an AKC CGC Evaluator.

A lot of people ask how I make Kongs for my dogs- here’s a picture of all the things I sometimes use! Every week it changes from what I have on hand but they always are put in the freezer! Frozen kongs are a great enrichment activity for your dogs and they’re great on a hot day!

With how hot and muggy it’s been we’ve taken to training in dog friendly stores. Dog friendly stores provide a great opportunity to train in a more novel environment! Amara had a great training session working on focusing and impulse control. She also got to enjoy a pup cup afterwards!

Have a bored dog? Enrichment activities are perfect for breaking boredom- especially when it’s too hot to walk! Enrichment activities are anything outside of your dogs daily life. Here Amara and Brenn playing with bubbles- this is their first time seeing them!
