This Handsome boy & his family just completed one of our Private Obedience & Behavior Modification training programs and they did fantastic! Creed is a young pup with a ton of lovin’s to go around. Well it’s official!
Zeela the 1 year old GSD Female we purchased and then trained as a Police K-9 prospect is now officially K-9 Zeela!
K-9 Zeela aka “Z” and her Handler Ofc. McClellan from Pataskala K-9 Unit , Pataskala PD passed their State of Ohio Police K-9 Certification this week! We are proud of this girl, she will be a great asset to the Pataskala PD and the citizens of the communities she will protect and serve. Z is a Dual Purpose K-9 and will serve in Patrol/Apprehension, Scent Detection and Tracking/Trailing capacities. We look forward to seeing this team grow together and serve for years to come.
Ofc. McClellans current dog K-9 Joker is set to retire at the Dog Days of summer event that is a Fundraising event for Pataskala’s K-9 Unit they host each year. The event will be on 14 June 2025 from 11am-3pm at the Pataskala Grace Church. Feel free to come out for a great time. The event is free to attend and will have activities for all ages. You can also meet some of Pataskala’s finest and their pups!

Meet Bhadra and Owner Angela!
They recently completed one of our Private Obedience and Behavioral Modification training programs. They had a baseline of some obedience skills prior to starting with us but needed a tune up along with even more skills added. We also addressed some behavioral modification needs as well.
He is a very cool Dobe and she is cool people too! We actually trained her Dads dog Bruno a few years back too and that’s why she knew exactly where to go!
They both did fantastic throughout their training and plan to continue furthering their dog training education together. We are sure this isn’t the last you will see of them!

Unlike some Dog Trainers, we at Triple Threat K9 are open to any and all breeds. We also work with and specialize in dogs with aggressive behaviors.
All of our client’s are added to a private/closed FB page that has training videos, training tips, and is an open forum for clients to talk with our Staff and each other. Clients are also encouraged to share videos of their training and updates on how they are progressing!
What is Private Training?
Private Training is conducted in home & in public. They are one on one training sessions and are conducted primarily off leash. This training style provides ample attention focused solely on you and your dog. Our private training allows for your pup to be trained in its natural environment and home setting. Our Staff comes to you and really customizes your training regiment to meet you needs. Additionally this allows our Staff to correct unwanted behaviors at the home which is huge for many of our client’s. This style of training provides superior results!!
Whats is Group Setting?
In a group setting you are in a class with up to 9 other dogs (No more than 10 dogs per class). All group setting training is conducted ON LEASH, unless otherwise directed by our Staff. The benefits of this training is its great for socialization of your pup and to learn the basics. You will be around other dogs where your dog will not only learn from training but learn from their peers. The downsides to group settings is there are more distractions than our private training, you also have less one on one time with our Staff unlike in our private lessons. Group Training is cheaper than private lessons and still can set your pup up for success, it just depends on what your needs are. That being said, not all dogs are a good fit for Group settings. ***Our Staff reserves the right to remove any dogs that are disruptive to the class.***
At Triple Threat K9 we focus on making training fun and exciting for you the owner/handler and of course the main client, your dog. We train you how to train your dog!! We strive to maximize and unleash you and your pups true potential. We focus on meeting your needs as a client and wont settle for anything less.
