Baltimore County Animal Services is FULL. ALL shelters & rescues are FULL. Foster, Adopt, Donate, Tag, Share, please do something - it could save a pet’s life!
If you are new to fostering and need supplies please reach out. We still have lots of collars, harnesses and leashes and would be happy to help support a new foster.
