Ever have a horse in the barn that you aren’t quite sure what its career path will be? The UPHA Young Professionals present “Ask the Experts: Finding Other Outlets For Your Horse.” This is an open discussion among all UPHA members with industry experts about:

- other opportunities for your horse to be successful
- where to send a horse for training in a division you are not familiar with such as ranch, western, or hunt seat
- who to talk to when you want to give away a horse for a lesson/academy program
- different programs for horses such as ASHBA Select Series, Sunrise Hunter Challenge, etc.

CH I’m McDreamy scholarship: given by the Atkinson Family in memory of their horse, CH I’m McDreamy, to the winner of the Senior Equitation Championship at the World’s Championship Horse Show.

Ribbons of Service Scholarships: given to the highest earning fundraisers and ROS participants completing the most community service hours based on their age and the breed/discipline in which they compete.

Exceptional Challenge Cup Scholarships: given based on participant’s placing in the finals to assist in paying for riding lessons and participating in the finals.

NORTHEAST GA FOOTHILLS CHARITY AND GA KICKOFF ARE A WRAP. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO PARTICIPATED AND WORKED ON THE SHOW! THE GENERAL CONSENSUS WAS THAT IT WAS A LOT OF FUN! THANK YOU TO THE FACILITY FOR THE REMODELING OF BARNS AND MATTING OF STALLS, IMPROVEMENTS ON THE ARENA BUILDING AND NEW BATH HOUSE. JUNIOR JUDGING HAD GREAT PARTICIPATION, BEAUTIFUL POSTERS IN OUR POSTER CONTEST.
