As promised here are some pictures of our sweet baby boy! 🥰 Brody Alan finally decided to join our family July 5th….yes I was set to be induced July 1st BUT I decided to push back my induction another week in hopes he would come naturally and I’m so glad I did. Everything went very quickly and pretty smooth. We are all doing great adjusting to our new roles as a family of 4. As you can see, Beau is LOVING being a big brother and has been the best little helper. 🥹

Please don’t leave your dogs in the car 🙏🏼

⚠️🚙⚠️ Despite the warnings, hundreds of dogs in the U.S. die every year after being left in a hot car. Someone you know may need to read this very important message. ⚠️🚙⚠️

SIX MINUTES is all it takes for a dog to overheat in a hot car.

Your dog could suffer serious injury or die in a matter of minutes if left alone in a car.

• The temperature inside a closed vehicle left in the sun can double within 12 minutes.

• At least 75% of the temperature increase in a closed vehicle occurs within 5 minutes of closing the vehicle, and at least 89% of the temperature increase occurs within 15 minutes of closing the vehicle.

• Temperatures exceeding 104˚ F can lead to death or serious injury for the occupants.

• Temperatures in a closed vehicle sitting in the hot sun can reach 160˚F and above. An animal will suffer immeasurably and may die before the temperature reaches 150˚F.

• Even when parked in the shade, the vehicle temperatures can exceed 104˚C.

• Leaving windows down more than 2 inches on an unattended vehicle will not prevent a car from reaching extreme temperatures.

• Even if the animal is revived, they can die due to severe internal organ damage.

Your dog trusts you to have their best interest at heart ALWAYS.
Please don’t risk their safety.

If you are not taking your dog inside your destination with you, PLEASE leave them at home where they are comfortable and safe.

Today was unexpectedly my last day grooming. My remaining clients that had appointments this month were either able to find a new groomer or had to cancel for other reasons. With baby boy coming any day now, I am taking the remainder of the month to clean and finish closing the salon up and to hopefully get some time to relax with my family before we become a family of four. ♥️

I started FurEver Fancy 6.5 years ago and never thought I would be where I am now. I sacrificed and worked so hard to build my business while continuing my education and working full time as a vet tech. I wanted and needed to provide the best services for my clients. We have had FIVE different locations/buildings, tons of renovations, four pregnancies (2 losses), numerous obstacles and even more growth and blessings along the way. It’s been a crazy, busy and overall wonderful ride. I am so very blessed to have met the people and dogs/cats I have met along the way. Thank you to everyone who has supported me in any way and thank you to my husband who helped support my dream as well as for being my go to contractor. 😉 Whether you have interacted with my posts on social media, referred me to a friend, personally brought your fur baby to me or purchased products a long the way.….your support has meant the world to my family and I. 🥹

While I may groom again some day, I am so excited for my new adventure as a Realtor full time and for more time with my growing family. Most of my clients have now become good friends and I want to stay in touch with you all. If we aren’t already Facebook friends, please send me a friend request so we can stay in touch! Happy Monday! 😃 Quick update for my clients with remaining appointments this month…my due date has been moved up so if you have not already found a new groomer, please find one! 🙏 I have reached out to some of you already in regards to moving your appointments up but please know that appointments MAY or MAY NOT happen. I can’t control when my baby comes but will let you know ASAP if your appointment will need to be cancelled. As always, thank you for all of your support and understanding. I will so miss seeing you all! 🥹🫶

‼️ Friendly reminder to please continue to follow business policies. ‼️

🐶 Please arrive no earlier than 10 min prior and no later than 10 min late for drop off/pick up to avoid running into other appointments.

🐶 Dogs must be on a leash or in a carrier at all times while on the property.

🐶 Please take your dog out to walk/potty PRIOR to coming to your appointment. This is a drop off and pick up service being provided. For liability reasons we do not allow people to walk or let their dog(s) run around the property.

🐶 All dogs must be current on distemper parvo, rabies and parasite free for their appointment.

As I get closer to closing up and having my little one, and get busier with my new career, more and more of my clients have been able to find a new groomer (which is a good thing, even though I will miss each and every one of them 🥹). Unfortunately, I don’t have as many dogs to post but thankful for the ones I still have left! 🥰 Sorry if I missed getting your pups picture….I have been horrible about remembering and/or was rushing to finish to prevent you from having to wait. ❤️

Good morning! 🌞 I still have a few openings in May if you’d like to get your fur baby in before I have my little one. At this time I’m offering appointments to current clients only but will open up to everyone if I’m unable to fill. Thank you! 😊
