Here’s my testimonial on my experiences with Gestalt’s BIG BOOTS Workshop(s).
“Attending and participating in Jane Salko’s Big Boots Workshop gave me an entirely new understanding of my decades long attitudes and perspectives. Before attending I felt anxious and dissatisfied with various aspects of my life. Although by all appearances I had accomplished most of my goals; I continued to feel emotionally drained. Oftentimes I overreacted about mundane matters. Everything felt like a crisis and I felt controlled by something I didn’t understand.
Once I participated in the Big Boots Workshop I felt a sense of clarity and peace once I learned about the obstacles that were making my life uncomfortable. Big Boots gave me a chance to reveal from where these habits and patterns had come. The old, outdated behaviors were no longer serving a purpose, and once I became aware of them they loosened their grip on me. Being able to think about and characterize my thoughts and perceptions, made clear that most of my ideas about myself were not true. My self designated descriptors were all made up to survive my past. But none were serving me or the person I wanted to be. Big Boots enabled me to redefine my values and become more aligned with my authentic self. Big Boots helped me recognize that my beliefs about myself were based upon misguided ideas and outdated assumptions. So I would recommend attending a Big Boots Workshop/session with Jane Salko with 💯 percent confidence that everyone can benefit from this gestalt experience. As a frequent attendee, I continue to enjoy opportunities to learn emotional regulation and psychological strategies to maintain a happy lifestyle and healthy relationships. Thanks to Jane Salko and BB my physical and psychological health continues to improve as I stay present and mindful. There’s no better way to live than to be free to live life in the present and by following your own rules.
