We don’t often share numbers, but we feel it’s important to be transparent.

Over the last three months, our small business has lost $3,987 due to no-show and late-cancellation appointments. When an appointment is missed without notice, that time is often impossible to fill, directly impacting our staff, schedule, and ability to serve other pets in need of grooming.

To help us continue providing quality care and accommodate as many clients as possible, we kindly remind everyone of our policies:

🐾 No-Show Appointments: $20 fee per dog
🐾 Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: $20 fee per dog

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and we always appreciate communication when possible. Thank you to our wonderful clients who provide advance notice and help support our small business. Your understanding and cooperation mean more than you know. ❤️🐾
