Today we had a HUGE WIN for Gus. His previous experience at a fast-pace grooming shop left him unsure of this necessary task. His parents trusted me to go slow and work with him as we were able to get him done and have a happy experience.

PATIENT PERSISTENCE is key with these big kids who need to feel sure that what is happening isn't bad and scary.

Today he left CONFIDENT and COURAGEOUS💪🏼😎

BEFORE and AFTER on Reese! She is the "Ranch Manager" at her family ranch and makes sure the place is safe and loves swimming in the pond.

She had lots of burrs and stickers from long hard work days and we got her back in action with a fresh Summer Cut! Now she is ready to show the new guy the ropes!

Sent home a free scented bandana for her little buddy and can't wait to meet him as well.

BEFORE and AFTER Summer Cut on sweet Oreo! This guy had a surprise ear infection we notified the owner took samples for the vet and got them plucked and cleaned well. He went to the DR and is on his way to recovery.
