I know summer feels a long way off with the colder weather rolling in, but it's never too early to start planning a summer full of horses, friendships, confidence, and unforgettable memories! 🤎

Our summer camps are about so much more than riding. Riders build skills, learn horse care, gain confidence, and make memories that last long after camp is over.

🍂🐴 **HOW IN THE WORLD IS IT ALMOST THE END OF THE YEAR?!** 😳

Seriously, wasn’t it just summer?! 😂 Somewhere between lessons, camps, clinics, Horse Club, fun shows, and all the everyday ranch life, 2026 has absolutely flown by!

I’m already working on the **2027 CT Ranch schedule**, and I have so many exciting things I’m planning for the year ahead! 🩷 There are calendars to organize, programs to plan, dates to figure out, and lots of little details that go into making CT Ranch the place we all love.

I want to make sure we have another year full of learning, growing, building confidence, making memories, and, of course, spending time with our favorite four-legged partners. 🐎❤️

To all of our CT Ranch families, thank you for being part of this little ranch community. Whether you’ve been here for years or just joined us recently, I’m so grateful you’re part of our bubble! 🫶

Keep an eye out for upcoming announcements as I get everything finalized for 2027! I can’t wait to share what’s coming!

Because let's be honest… a ranch isn't complete without a few cats who think they own the place! 😂

Whether they're keeping an eye on the barn, supervising chores, or finding the coziest spot to take a nap, our feline friends are part of what makes ranch life special. 🐾

They may not help with riding lessons, clean stalls, or listen when we tell them to move… but they sure bring plenty of personality to the ranch! 😹🤎

At CT Ranch, the goal has always been bigger than what happens in the saddle. And that applies to every rider, whether you're 5 or 55, brand new to horses or working toward your next big goal.

It's watching someone who was nervous to even walk up to a horse learn to groom, tack up, and ride with confidence. It's seeing a rider work through frustration, try again after a hard lesson, and realize they *can* do hard things.

It's learning patience when a horse doesn't understand, responsibility when someone depends on you, and confidence that carries far beyond the barn.

Some days, progress looks like mastering a new skill. Other days, it's simply showing up, trying again, and being a little braver than you were yesterday. ❤️

Have a little one who is absolutely HORSE CRAZY? 🥰🐴

At CT Ranch, we know some little riders are ready to be around horses long before they’re ready for full riding lessons! That’s why we offer **Mini Rider Lessons for ages 3–4!**

🐴 Private, 30-minute lessons
🛑 Learning horse safety both on the ground and in the saddle
💕 Gentle, age-appropriate introductions to horses
🌟 Building confidence, learning respect for horses, and creating a safe foundation for future riding lessons

These lessons are perfect for those little horse lovers who want to learn, help, and ride but just aren’t quite old enough for our regular lesson program yet!

🐴❤️ **HORSES AREN'T CHEAP… BUT NEITHER IS ANYTHING WORTH INVESTING IN.**

Let's talk about what you're really paying for when it comes to horses. ❤️

🐴 **Taking riding lessons?** You're investing in knowledge, experience, safety, confidence, and skills that will last a lifetime.

🐴 **Buying quality tack and equipment?** You're investing in the safety and comfort of both horse and rider.

🐴 **Attending clinics and camps?** You're investing in opportunities to learn, grow, make memories, and experience things you wouldn't otherwise.

But the confidence, knowledge, friendships, work ethic, and memories?

And to me, that's worth so much more than the price of a lesson.

Sometimes I get so caught up in what's next. ❤️

The next project. The next improvement. The next dream for CT Ranch. There's always something I want to build, fix, or make better.

But sometimes I need to remind myself to slow down, look around, and appreciate just how far we've already come. ❤️

These two horses are so much more than just horses to me.

They've been with me through the good, the bad, and the downright ugly. They've seen versions of me that most people never have. They've heard more secrets, caught more tears, and carried more heartache than I could ever put into words.

And truthfully, I don't know that I would have made it through my younger years without them.

When life felt overwhelming, they were my safe place. When the world felt like too much, they were there. No judgment, no expectations. Just a place where I could breathe and be myself.

And now, all these years later, I get to look around at this little ranch we're building and realize that so much of what CT Ranch stands for started with them.

**Creating a place where someone can leave the weight of the world at the gate, even if it's only for an hour.**

There's still so much I want to accomplish, so many dreams and projects waiting to happen. But today, I'm reminding myself that it's okay to stop chasing what's next long enough to appreciate what is already here.

Because there was a time when the life I'm living now was nothing more than a dream. ❤️🐴

And these two have been part of the journey all along.
