Come enjoy the outdoors this season, working around horses in the mountains as our Summer Office Manager. As Office Manager you will work on-site at Beaver Creek Stables located on the ski mountain in Beaver Creek, CO. We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced office professional who enjoys working in a fun, fast-paced environment. And did we mention you get to ride horses??

Responsibilities include:
- Making reservations by phone call and email.
- Signing in and taking payment from guests as they arrive.
- Keeping a detailed spreadsheet of daily rides.
- Filing safety waivers from guests.
- Making lunch orders for our picnic rides.

Previous office experience preferred but not required for application.

Beaver Creek Stables is closed for the 2020 season. To everyone that made this summer so amazing, thank you! We can’t wait to see you back on the mountain next summer.
