✨ Bather Appreciation Post! ✨
We want to take a moment to recognize our amazing bathers — the heart of our grooming team! 💙 We have three incredible bathers who we truly appreciate and respect. They help our groomers during the busiest days with bathing, drying, and prep work — and they do it all with so much love and care! 🐾

Not only do they assist our groomers, but they also have clients of their own, like sweet Odin here! 💕 Here’s Odin alongside a wonderful review from his mommy, Jackie! we’re so proud of our team and the love they put into every pet they care for.

🐾 Not Every Groom is Perfect — and That’s Okay! 🐾
Sometimes we meet pups who just aren’t fans of grooming — and that’s completely okay! 💕 We always do our best to make every experience as calm and positive as possible.

In some cases, we may need to reschedule for a quieter day or with another groomer who can better meet your pet’s needs. The only time we’ll ever cancel is if a grooming session becomes unsafe for your fur baby — their safety always comes first! 🐶💖

In those cases, we may recommend speaking with your vet about options for grooming support.

✨ This is Lula — a sweet rescue who has a hard time trusting people. With patience and teamwork, we were able to schedule a special quiet session on a closed day to help her feel more comfortable.

A big thank you to Virginia for always trusting Jenny with Lula’s care! 🐾💕
