Due to an increased number of instances we feel the need to emphasize that our open hours are firm and not a suggestion. Open hours give us the ability to be able to live our lives and properly care for ALL the dogs. Arriving late and outside of our hours is disrespectful of both our time, our business, and all our clients that do respect our hours.

When the clock hits 10am we will not be accepting clients again until 5pm. When the clock hits 8pm, we are fully closed until the next day. If you cannot make it within the 6 hours of open time then unfortunately we may not be the best fit for you. For clients that repeatedly come outside of hours, there may come a point when we no longer will be able to care for your dogs and future bookings will be denied.

For our clients that have and continue to communicate with us and respect our time, thank you! We appreciate it more than you know.

With summer approaching and life starting to get back to normal we are beginning to once again fill up here at Paradigm Canine. While this is great news, it also means some changes are bound to occur, especially for newer clients that we gained over the last year and half.

For bookings, we have begun filling up on many weekends. This means that prebooking your stays is essential if you’re wanting to guarantee your spot! Right now we are booking out about a week in advance for the following weekend. However we do get cancellations and last minute changes so still feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to make some room for your pup!

Holidays! Throughout the pandemic we have been lenient on our holiday policies, typically only enforcing them with the major holidays. Starting immediately with the next Holiday on our calendar (4th of July) our holiday policy will be in effect: bookings require a 50% nonrefundable deposit along with the holiday price increase, please see our website for the full holiday schedule and policy.

We would also like to reiterate that we are a small business with only 2 people. We do our best to respond as soon as possible to texts and emails but sometimes life gets busy. For non emergencies, please give us 24 hours to get back to you before sending anything more. Also a reminder our phone line is text only and does not accept calls.
