We had a great time celebrating our staff this week for Veterinary Staff (tech) Appreciation Week. Our staff deserves a round of applause for all they have endured during this year with Covid protocols, FloodingS, and our closure! They have really been team players because they love what they do!! Thank you to our reps from #Antech #Elanco #Idexx and #sageveterinaryimaging for all the goodies!#YouArePawsome
Dear clients,
We are cautiously thrilled to announce that we will be opening the doors for in person visits starting October 25th. Weโve all been waiting for the opportunity to meet again face to face and to continue to take care of your furry loved ones. We are still in the midst of a pandemic, and we want to keep things as safe as possible for you, your family, our staff members and their families. So, in line with the guidelines and recommendations from the CDC our reopening protocols are as follow:
FOR IN PERSON APPOINTMENTS:
Masks will be required, regardless of vaccination status. We feel this is the fairest and safest way forward for everyone. For those of you who prefer not to wear a mask, or for those who are not comfortable with in person appointments yet, we will continue to offer our curbside service.
We greatly encourage limiting the number of people present per pet appointment to 1 โ 2 people maximum. If for some reason this is not possible or for more sensitive appointments like end-of-life care, we ask that you contact us ahead of time, so that we can make the necessary arrangements. We all have different circumstances, and we are more than willing to accommodate special requests within reason.
Once the Doctor is finished with your petโs examination, we ask that you remain in the exam room and a receptionist will come to check you out for the day. We encourage payments by credit card, but will continue to accept checks and cash payments.
Exam rooms will be rigorously sanitized after each appointment. You may be asked to wait a couple of minutes, while the exam room is being thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
TO REDUCE TRAFFIC IN THE LOBBY AREA
Drop offs for surgery, examinations as well as tech appointments will remain curbside. If youโre dropping off or picking up your pet for an examination, surgery or coming in for technician services (nail trims, anal glands, etc.) we ask you that you drive around back, call us when you are parked and a technician or receptionist will come get your pet. The reason we ask you to drive around back is because there is very little traffic in the back parking lot, therefore it is a much safer environment for your pets and our staff members.
If you are picking up medications or prescription diets, we ask that you call ahead when possible, so we can have your items ready.
We apologize for any inconvenience these protocols may cause you. We feel a strong duty to you and our staff members to make this as safe of an experience as we possibly can. We will continue to monitor and re-assess our protocols as we move forward and will adjust them as we see necessary.
We donโt say this enough, but we are incredibly grateful for your continued trust and loyalty, so thank you from the bottom of our hearts for sticking with us through these difficult times. We are so looking forward to seeing you face to face and welcoming you into our newly remodeled clinic (Thanks Ice Storm -Not-).

Happy happy birthday Dr. Waage!! We love you ๐ฅณ๐ฅณ๐ฅณ
Just wanted to give you a peek into our mini office that we have been working out of for the last month. As you can see Dr Campbell out in the rain that it provides limited workable space so we are only able to have a few employees here at a time. We are doing our best to keep you all informed and take care of you request.
Unfortunately, we got news that we will be in the trailer for a bit longer. We are anticipating that we will be open by July. Our plan is to continue to monitor text, voicemails, and emails Tuesdays and Fridays from 9-1. Our new email is [email protected] . We ask that if you need a prescription refilled that you plan a week ahead as we will be operating on a mail out basis for the month of June. Any appointments that were scheduled for June we will be calling you to get you on a list to call when we reopen.
We know that for some of you this frustrating. We absolutely understand and we are pushing to get the clinic repairs completed. Thank you for your understanding and continued support! Your SVC family!
SVC friends and family... wanted to share the scene at the clinic with you. Mitigation went as planned, unfortunately, build back is moving more slowly. We recently got news that we are delayed due to carpenters and supply being scarce. We initially hoped to be open mid May but itโs looking like June. We are frustrated as you are but also excited about a new beautiful work space!
We will continue to check text and voicemails on Tuesdays and Fridays. Another victim in our reconstruction is our email. It seems to have been purged. Our IT team is currently working on that. We ask for your patience during this time as we are working hard at getting all messages addressed. If you have an appointment scheduled in May we will be reaching out to reschedule. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We look forward to seeing our friends soon!
