The story goes, a woman had a pet donkey that she loved so much that after the donkey was taken away by some neighbors after it bit one of the neighbors, not only did the neighbors shove the donkey into the river over a nearby bridge, the men then shoved the woman into the river to drown and now her ghost is said to haunt the now named after Donkey Lady bridge in the form of terrible half human half donkey hybrid. The creature now haunts the bridge in San Antonio. Tonight she’ll haunt the steeets of NOLA at Chewbacchus!

Hailing from the Himalayan Mountains, the Yeti, stands 11’ tall and is covered with fur. With glowing eyes and a howl that pierces the freezing night, this creature protects the mountains from evil-doers. The Jackalope is fearsome, but cute. It’s a jackrabbit with antelope or deer horns. People around the world have told stories about horned hares for centuries, but the creature became a popular representation of western America via two brothers in the town of Douglass, Wyoming in the early 1900s. You don’t need to go to Wyoming or a taxidermist to see a Jackalope though, just come to Chewbacchus on Saturday night!

Be on the look out for the Jersey Devil at Chewbacchus! Stalking the Pinelands of New Jersey for 250 years, The Jersey Devil, with its horse face, bat-like wings, horns, and a tale, has struck fear in the hearts of man and beast.

The legend says that Mrs. Leeds, a resident of Estellville, was distraught when she learned she was expecting for the thirteenth time. In disgust, she cried out, “Let it be the devil!” The child arrived and it was a baby devil. The creature then gave a screech unfolded its wings and flew out the window and into the adjacent swamp where it then went on to kill animals and crops of the area’s farms.
