His Irish accent and boyish charm naturally draw people to him but it is his genuine caring nature that often turns a chance encounter into a solid friendship. When Brian moved to the states in 1993 he worked on the equine show jumping Grand Prix circuit on the East Coast later owning and managing equine sales and training facilities in OR, WA and NY. Recruited as the equestrian consultant for est
ablishing a premier sport horse facility in NY, Brian was involved in all aspects of bringing the 95 acre Cogi Farm Equestrian Center to fruition. This experience sparked his interest in pursuing real estate and he became a licensed realtor in NY specializing in vacant land and residential properties. Brian fell in love with Austin on a trip to check out the music scene and quickly made it his home. In his spare time you might still find him on the back of a horse, or a mountain bike, or enjoying live music. He will do his best to find what buyers are looking for and will be there for you for every step of the process. When selling a property, Brian will get the best price possible on an open market. He works with an excellent marketing team to promote and insure maximum exposure.
