Unless otherwise stated, shipping is not included in the price of the animal. This amount is non-refundable.

Please inquire for shipping costs. Wildthings*xoticreptiles ships Monday through Wednesday via FedEx Priority Overnight with weather strictly within Ship Your Reptiles (SYR) guidelines to protect our animals. We reserve the right to delay shipping due to other weather conditions (outside the guidelines of SYR) which may threaten the health of our animals. Live arrival is guaranteed for shipments t

o FedEx shipping hubs or equivalent, provided the recipient contacts wildthings*xoticreptiles within two hours of the shipment’s arrival. A full refund will be issued only under the conditions above. PAYMENT:
All transactions are final. You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. Transactions are performed via Cash App, Zelle & Venmo NO PayPal ! No animal will be shipped or considered SOLD unless paid in full. PAYMENT PLANS:
Payment plans are available for all purchases. An animal will be considered ON HOLD with 25% of the agreed price (includes shipping costs, referred to as an initial deposit) paid by the customer and received by wildthings*xoticreptiles. The customer will have a maximum of 30 days from the day of initial deposit to pay the remainder of the agreed price including shipping. After 30 days, the initial deposit will be forfeited and the animal(s) of interest will be made available again. Longer payment plans are available upon request. “if sells backed out of by the buyer, deposit is forfeited. If buyer decides they would like to try to purchase the same or another animal at a later time, forfeited deposit from the prior sale will not be applied to the new agreement”

GUARANTEES:
A signed card indicating genetics, s*x, and age is provided with all purchases. We also guarantee the health of all animals, provided that wildthings*xoticreptiles is notified of any health issues within two hours of the animal’s arrival time at a FedEx shipping hub or equivalent. With acceptable notice, pending no unusual or suspicious circumstances, arrangements will be made to issue a refund and return the animal to wildthings*xoticreptiles . BEST PRACTICES:
We want your purchase to thrive in its new home! We recommend that enclosures are prepared and appropriate husbandry conditions are established prior to the arrival of your animal. If you have any questions about husbandry or the like, we are happy to help. When your animal arrives, we recommend to refrain from handling and feeding at least five days to allow the animal time to adjust to its new surroundings. THANK YOU ,Wildthings*xoticreptiles

Decide to do a fundraiser to help out with getting new fee equipment but as I was setting everything up I also always told myself I want to do a big donation to a cancer center so I decided good just that and add it apart of this fundraiser not only does this hits home for me but I know what it means losing a love one from it so I’m standing behind it Leukemia Awareness 🧡 the link is below definitely some good popcorn also
