We want to thank all of our customers and the community for making CTC the best place possible.

We are excited to announce the shop will be going under a full remodel to take our next step. This means we must move the systems. This means we will be emptying the tubs and rebooting our tubs.

While this process is going on we will be closed to the public however we will take appointments through out the week.

If you pull up and we are on location feel free to knock and we will open up.

We are excited to bring the next level of our plan together. We couldn’t of made it this far without you! As we do the build out we will share the plans of what’s going on!

New business hours.

Sunday - Thursday: By Appointment Only

Friday - Saturday: 12pm - 7pm

We want to thank every single customer we have. We’ve made these changes as we need to focus on our maintenance accounts and traveling to pick up our transshipments. We also need time during the week to focus on our systems, online (which has local deli every options), and expansion.

We are always tweaking our process at the farm, the newest change is hours have been reduced. We will now be closing at 7pm instead of 8pm.

Tuesday-Saturday: 12pm - 7pm
Sunday: 12pm - 6pm

We want to thank everyone who helped bring in the New Year with us at the shop. Today was a surprise with all the support and packing out the shop! Thank you to every new person and all our loyal customers who stopped by today! We definitely are bringing in the new year strong!

Hey Folks well it’s been a great year for us here at CTC and we want to thank all of our loyal customers and hope you all have a safe New Years.

That’s a wrap for us this year and as Kevin mentioned in the live stream we will be open New Years Day 12-6pm and as a thank you I will smoking some BBQ for everyone that stops by.
