Hello everyone!

Courtney is on maternity leave and will not be back until the end of July.

So we wanted to go head and let you all know that Hailey and Jess are both completely booked until the first week of August.

We do have a cancellation list going if any openings do come available.

We appreciate all of our clients. ☺️

Hello everyone!

We just wanted to let you know that we are already booking about 6 weeks out.

Courtney leaves for maternity leave at the end of this month so it will just be Jess and Hailey in the shop.

If you have a dog that requires regular grooming appointments, it is your responsibility to make sure they have their next appointment set up.

As always, we appreciate all of you, thank you for being patient with us.

On a side note… we are getting into warmer weather!

☀️YAY!☀️ But with that being said we are filling up fast.
Right now Hailey and Jess are booking into May and Courtney is full until maternity leave.(she’s not taking any new appointmets until the end of July) Please be patient with us as we try and get everyone in!

‼️ Attention ‼️

The last of week of May will be Courtney’s last week of work before she is on maternity leave. She is currently booked the whole month of March; April and May are filling up very quickly. If you know you will want an appointment with Courtney before she leaves (she is not taking new clients at this time), she recommends getting on her schedule now.

This will mostly affect Courtney’s clients but we ask that all of our clients be patient with Hailey and Jess while it is just the two of them.

Courtney plans to be returning the last of July/ first of August. If you have any questions feel free to call OR text the shop phone at: 417-299-9820.

We’ve had some issues with our square reminder system this week.

We love that we’re able to get reminder texts sent out to our clients and we know you guys appreciate them as well but unfortunately technology can be unpredictable and this is out of our control.

With that being said, please do not depend solely on the reminder texts, we ask that you put your appointment on your personal calendar and/or we can get you a physical appointment card when you come into the shop.

The reminder texts are sent out 24 hours before your appointment. These texts will not come from our shop phone number as they are automated messages.

We are very understanding that life happens and appointments need rescheduled.

If you know you have an appointment coming up but can’t remember when please give us a call and we can let you know when your next appointment is so we can avoid missed appointments.

We appreciate all of our clients and are thankful for your business. 😊
