We recognize that fireworks can cause additional anxiety in pups, necessitating extra support and comfort. With over 25 years of grooming experience, connie has mastered the art of making breed-standard cuts look effortless—because when you've done it this long, you do make it look easy. She’s calm, collected, and the type of groomer who doesn’t need to say much to get the job done right. At home, she shares life with two spoiled standard poodles who are both clients and critics. Outside of the grooming salon, you’ll likely find her on horseback or cruising on her motorcycle—because whether it's reins or handlebars, she knows how to handle it with grace. With over Fifteen years of grooming and he’s still laughing—usually at his own jokes, which is impressive considering he still has all his fingers and only slightly resents cocker spaniels. Patrick’s been with Woof Gang for 5+ years, sharpening his scissors and his sarcasm. He lives in Andy’s house (Andy being the feline overlord), with his partner Amanda and their three kids: Tristan, Emma, and Ellie—who help keep life interesting, loud, and full of questions like “can we keep this lizard?” When he’s not grooming, Patrick’s probably knee-deep in the garden, on a hike looking for wild mushrooms to identify, or wildly off-track in a D&D game. She’s been grooming for 5 years and with Woof Gang for the last 2—which, in dog years, is basically a full career.
