With Thanksgiving next week, we wanted to remind everyone we will be closed on Thanksgiving Day November 27. Those who are boarding with us for the holiday, please remember boarding dogs need to be checked in by 4pm on the day they are coming in. Also please log into Paw Partner and sign any unsigned agreements.

Where our customers can request appointments for grooming, boarding, and play dates! As well as communicate with us directly, see photos of your pets during their stay, and conveniently upload vaccinations.

A few key pointers
-please be on the lookout for the email from PAW PARTNER. If you do not receive one please check your spam box, and also reach out to us to make sure we have the most up to date email address on file.
-once you claim your account you will want to update the way you would like to receive messages from us, such as your pet being ready for pick up after their groom or reminder appointments.
-to do this it will look something like this….( We used Lisa’s account for reference)

From your Home Screen on the app- go to (menu) on the top right
-click on (account settings)
-update all your contact info (best phone number)
-then click on (notifications) and select the best way to reach you phone or email)- you have to update each one-
