Super exciting development for our program, Weller is now registered with the Companion Dog Project ! For those that don’t know, this is the new registry associated with The Functional Dog Collaborative. It is a way for breeders of companion dogs regardless of breed to network, track pedigrees and health testing, and access resources similar to those provided by a breed club for purebred breeders. It’s a huge step forward for mixed breeders like myself, and I’m so excited to see where it takes us.
Poki is also registered with the CDP, meaning the Dinosaurs will get to be among the first few litters in the registry!

Y’all. I’m so excited. If you haven’t been following along with the updates over at Apsara Windsprites & Lurchers(first of all, what are you doing get over there) you may not have seen that Weller is the sire of all nine dinosaur babies! And I am THRILLED to announce that we are lucky enough to bring one home for ourselves! Smile, formerly Bubbles, will be coming to join Curio next month, and I’m absolutely bursting with excitement and love for this little pup. She is getting the best start with the most amazing breeder/puppy raiser, and she’s such a lovely blend of her parents. I’m so looking forward to our future together 💕

Weller and I had a wonderful visit to the dinosaurs yesterday! 🦖 They are absolutely magical, and it was precious to see Weller play with them. Apsara Windsprites & Lurchers is giving them such a solid start, it was so fun to see everything they’re learning!
