The Puppy Parlour has officially closed. I am sorry for any inconvenience. The website, online booking, phone number, and page should be shutting down/off in the next month.

I love and appreciate all of the support I have received over the last amazing 5 years! Along with the many many great memories, I have met so many wonderful people and even more adorable dogs and even gained some new friends! ❤️

I’m going to miss everyone so much but I am excited to be starting my next phase in life as a librarian.

We can’t say enough how extremely fortunate and thankful we are to have so many kind, amazing clients. Your patience and gratitude is such a blessing and we love the ongoing opportunity that you’ve given us to love on your cute pups while we make them as beautiful as they deserve to be (and feel!).

With that said, some new changes are quickly coming. The Puppy Parlour will still exist and there will still be two groomers available to groom your dogs. However, Bri will be easing away from grooming in order to pursue her interest in earning her Masters Degree and changing her career path. This is still Bri’s business and she will continue to manage it and will still be grooming, just on less days. This schedule has not been set yet.

The plan is to take further actions with care and with full communication with any clients who will be affected by these changes so you will know if anything changing will affect your scheduled appointments. However, all of Bri’s dogs should start to think ahead about finding new groomers or if they’d like to switch to Jazzy. We will still have all of our styling notes so we can communicate with you or other groomers about haircut details to try to help ease the transition to a new groomer.

Two announcements!

First, we will now be offering a new shampoo upgrade! You can now request a Chlorhexidine shampoo that helps with skin issues (such as yeast). There will be a $5 fee for this add on.

Secondly, unfortunately due to increased no shows, we will be implementing a new cancellation/no show policy. Although we understand things happen and can pop up unexpectedly, as a small one-on-one salon, your appointment is holding a time space just for you that is no longer available for other clients. No shows or last minute cancellations directly impact our groomers’ incomes as well as our ability to take on new clients.
Going forward, you will need to contact us to cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance or you will be charged a fee of 50% of your missed appointment total. We are always happy to work with you on rescheduling your appointment if you contact us!

To allow us to provide top quality services while maintaining our calm, individual focused environment, there will be a price increase effective October 15th. After being open for four years with no price changes, this increase will also help us keep top quality products, equipment and training. We appreciate your continued support and look forward to beautifying your pups for years to come.

New Pricing Effective October 15, 2021

Full Grooms
Extra Small Dogs- starting at $50
Small Dogs- starting at $55
Medium Dogs- starting at $65
Large Dogs- starting at $85
Extra Large Dogs- starting at $95

Bath prices will remain the same with the exception of double coated breeds having an added $10 fee.

Happy New Year and Happy Holidays everyone! I can’t believe we’ve been open for 3 full years now. I just want to thank everyone for their support and generosity, you all have allowed me to grow this little business into more than I ever imagined and I can’t thank you enough. I appreciate everyone’s kindness and patience as we enter 2021 especially with a maternity leave coming up soon. I look forward seeing all of your (adorable) pups soon and for the future years ahead of us! Thank you again and Happy New Year!

Hello everyone!

I am pleased to announce that The Puppy Parlour is opening again! Please be patient with us as we make phone calls and reschedule all of the appointments we had to cancel during the closing. We will be doing our best to get everyone scheduled in a timely matter but please be patient since we had to cancel over 100 appointments that need to be rescheduled.

We will be doing our best to help keep everyone safe with diligent sanitizing but we also ask that everyone wear face masks. We will also be asking you to take the collars and leashes back home with you when you leave your dog.

We look forward to seeing all of your furry (shaggy) pups again! ❤️
