🚨 NEW CANCELLATION POLICY 🚨
Dear valued clients,
Effective immediately, we are implementing a new cancellation fee policy. In order to better serve all of our clients and ensure that appointments are available to those who need them, the following will apply:
⚠️ Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:
A 24-hour notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, a fee of $155 will be charged to the credit card on file.
⚠️ No-Show Policy:
If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, a fee of $155 will be charged to your card.
⚠️ Rescheduling Limit:
Rescheduling your appointment three times in a row will result in the revocation of scheduling privileges.
We appreciate your understanding as we work to accommodate all of our clients efficiently. We understand emergencies can and do occur, so we consider such situations on a case-by-case basis. There is a possibility of waiving the cancellation fee. Thank you for trusting us with your equine care!
