Hello everyone! We just wanted to let you all know that we know our phones are not quite acting right currently. We are doing everything we can to try and get it fixed as quick as we can. We appreciate your patience with this and hope you know it is out of our control and we want it fixed too 🙂

Some of our calls are coming through but if you have any issues while you are hear checking in or picking something up please feel free to walk in to the lobby and we can assist you.

Hi friends!! We hope you are all staying warm and dry in this rainy weather! We just wanted to inform you all that we will be open until 12pm tomorrow, Christmas Eve and we will be closed on Christmas Day.

We will also be closed on Friday, December 31st and Saturday, January 1st.

We apologize for this inconvenience and if you need any assistance during those days please call Animal Medical Center to check with them on their availability 530-823-5166 or feel free to call Marqueen directly for any emergency.

When you think of a veterinary hospital you think of the technicians and the doctors as hands on.

What you see is two CSRs waiting to hear an update on a critical patient outside of the exam room.

Please don’t ever forget about the Client Service Representatives. These absolutely VITAL members of our staff are the backbone of our hospital. They direct traffic, check on patients day in and day out, become the voice of reason for scared pet owners, and keep our hospital running smoothly. We could not do it without them.

More than that, they care so deeply for each and every patient that walks through the door. They remember the pets and you, the owner usually by just your phone number or seeing your face.

Please please please thank your CSRs for their help each and every time you speak with them. They mean the world to us.

***EARLY CLOSURE NOTICE***

We hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving!! We just wanted to let you all know that on Thursday, December 2nd through Saturday, December 4th we will not have a doctor available. We may have to close early on those days as well, so if you are needing to pickup food or medications please try and do that before 1pm.
