We’ve been made aware that some guests may be experiencing issues when ordering VIP tickets through our website. While this does not appear to be affecting everyone, a few users have reported problems that prevented them from completing their purchase.

🔧 Jack, who handles all of our technical backend systems, is actively looking into the cause. Many guests have already been able to purchase VIP tickets without any issues, but we want to make sure no one is left out due to a technical glitch.
