We’re excited to finally give a big shoutout to someone who’s long overdue for some recognition — Stephanie, our newest quarterly WAG Award Winner! 🩵🐾🎉

WAG stands for Work Together, Amaze, and Grow, and while Stephanie might not be one for warm fuzzies, she lives out these values in her own bold, hilarious, and get-it-done kind of way.

Over the past few years, Stephanie has become an essential part of our team. She approaches every challenge with a reliable, can-do mindset and has grown tremendously in her communication and teamwork.

She manages everything from timesheets and client payment plans to food orders and quarterly Megatory. She runs errands, makes deposits, ships samples, keeps the office stocked, and still finds time to love on all the pets. You may have even spoken with her about the online pharmacy, as she's the go-to person to help you & your pet get the meds they need.

She also helps celebrate team birthdays and anniversaries, making sure everyone feels appreciated with thoughtful shoutouts and a good dose of humor.

Her desk is where teammates go to vent, laugh, or regroup, and she’s been a steady presence through all the ups and downs. She might not seek the spotlight, but she’s more than earned it.

So here’s to Stephanie, our awesome, rock-solid Hospital Admin Assistant. Thank you for all the invisible (and sometimes impossible) work you do, and for keeping us all on track! 🤩✨🙌
