Marble is truly a unicorn. She’s big enough to comfortably carry a tall or heavier rider (the rider in the video is 6’), yet quiet and kind enough to safely tote around a small or timid one. Most recently, she’s been used as a trusted trail partner for a 76-year-old rider.
This mare is calm, gentle, and reliable—just the kind of horse people search for and rarely find. Her current owner is downsizing and Marble is one of the hardest to let go, simply because she’s so useful and steady. Someone out there needs this mare.
She walk/trot/canters, moves easily off leg pressure, neck reins or direct reins, and goes in either English or Western tack—your choice. She has some lovely, refined buttons, including the Spanish Walk.
Marble is sired by Heroe Mac, an Andalusian stallion known for his expressive movement, calm disposition, and national honors—including multiple Top-5 placings and the title of USEF Andalusian/Lusitano Halter Horse of the Year. His foals are known for their trainability and presence, and Marble is no exception.
She’s easy to catch, good in the pasture or stall, and gets along well in a herd. She stands quietly for the farrier, loads with no issues, and is great for the vet. She recently passed a basic pre-purchase exam and is sound with no known issues.
If you’re looking for a steady, kind, and beautifully trained mare who brings both class and confidence to the table—Marble is the one. Registered with IALHA, 07 model. Low fives.
