Many of you may remember Missy. She was abandoned as a stray and brought into our hospital by one of our compassionate clients back in March. We quickly learned that she was pregnant and due to the shelters all being full, we offered to find her and her puppies homes. All five of her puppies found amazing homes, so now we are looking to find Missy her forever family. She has spent the last six weeks with our fabulous groomer so that we could learn more about her temperament and personality. Here is what we now know: She is great with other dogs. She loves to play and especially loves toys and treats. She also enjoys car rides! She walks good on a leash too. Missy really loves people and loves to give hugs. She is house trained. She would do best with other active dogs since she loves to play hard. Preferably no cats. Missy has alot of energy, so an active family would be best. She will require a fenced yard. She is eager to please and just wants to be loved. She is spayed and vaccinated. Missy is at our veterinary clinic if you would like to meet her. Please call us at 940-365-9384. Please share this post too. She deserves to FINALLY have a family.

Sad update. Our sweet Brisket. The dog our entire staff has came to love….we still haven’t found him a home. He is the sweetest boy who absolutely loves people. Aside from radiating absolute joy, he is totally housebroken and he loves water! He literally jumps at the opportunity to get a bath or jump in puddles! He is neutered and vaccinated. He was abandoned in a dog park and our fabulous groomer saved him from ending up in the wrong hands or in a shelter. He would do best in an active home where he can run outside to get his “wiggles” out. But, he does love being a couch potato too! If you or someone you trust would love to have a new best friend, please call our clinic at 940-365-9384.

Bonafide House Hippo is up for adoption. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
We are trying to find a loving, forever home for this sweet boy named Brisket. He was left abandoned in a local dog park and when our wonderful groomer heard his story, she didn’t hesitate to go get him. Whoever left him there did so intentionally, clearly abandoning him. 😭. He is approximately two years old and neutered. He loves everyone he meets and loves to be the center of attention. He is full of boundless energy, so he would do best in an active family that loves to be outside and do activities in the yard. He is housetrained and walks great on a leash. He especially likes female dogs, but can be selective on some males (though he has gotten along great with many males too). He hasn’t been around cats. He is at our clinic so that we can find him a home, so if you would like to meet him, please call us! There is no adoption fee, we just want him to go to the perfect home. Our staff has fallen in love with him and he deserves the best! Feel free to share this post. Our clinic phone number is: 940-365-9384.

This sweet 9 week old kitten is looking for her forever home. Good Samaritans rescued her and a littermate that were living around an abandoned residence in Krugerville. Because all the shelters are full and not taking intakes, Dr. Sammons agreed to take them, provide medical care and find them homes. One of the kittens went to a fabulous home yesterday, but this sweet girl still needs a loving, forever home. She is very loving and is used to all the chaos that happens at an animal hospital. In this photo she is assisting Dr. Sammons with medical records. 😜. The staff has enjoyed swaddling her and carrying her around like a baby, but she has told us she is ready to go to a “real” home. No adoption fee is required, just a guarantee that she will be kept indoors and receive proper veterinary care in the future. She has received her first set of vaccinations. If you would like to meet her, please stop by our hospital or call us at 940-365-9384.

*Update: Missy had five puppies! Any donations can be dropped off at our clinic located at 111 North Highway 377 in Aubrey. You can even make a donation over the phone by calling us at 940-365-9384.
**Donations and adopters needed.
Missy was abandoned in Cross Roads, Texas. Missy was left to fend for herself and neighbors came together to find her owners. Sadly, even after posting her everywhere, no one ever claimed her. One of the neighbors is one of our longtime clients, so they reached out to us for help. Due to all area animal shelters being full, we knew she would be at risk for euthanasia so we turned to several local, no kill rescue organizations but they too are full and couldn’t help take Missy. Missy also had a HUGE secret. She was pregnant! We wanted to give her a safe place to have her puppies AND to find them all loving homes, so she is at our clinic. Missy is in labor at this very moment and has delivered two puppies so far. We are accepting financial donations and puppy items for the care of Missy and her puppies. Any donations will be graciously accepted! And, if you are wanting to add to your family, please reach out to us about adopting one of her babies. This is the maternity photo shoot we did just a few days ago.

“Life isn’t measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breaths away.” Yesterday we got to experience a moment like this. This 11 year old boy had always wanted a dog but because of circumstances out of his control, could never have one. Until yesterday. Our adorable Hershey finally found a home, and this young boy now has a new best friend. These pictures were taken moments after he found out that Hershey (now Hippie) was HIS! Let’s just say that THIS moment took our breath away.

Roxie’s Dating Profile
My name is Roxie. I’m a stunning brunette with long, luscious locks and clean teeth. I’m mature in years, but that doesn’t stop the younger boys from walking passed my yard just to get a glimpse of me. My love language is physical touch (I am mainly here for the belly rubs). Swipe right if you are looking for a strong girl who isn’t afraid to speak her mind.
We love you, Roxie! 🤣❤️

This sweet 7 month old Havanese mix is at our veterinary clinic and is looking for a new home. We were made aware that he and his brother were in jeopardy of ending up in the wrong hands, so Dr. Sammons offered to give them a safe place to stay (our veterinary hospital). The one sibling has been adopted and now we need to find Hershey a home. We have given him his first round of puppy vaccines, neutered and microchipped him. His adoption fee is $150. If you would like to meet Hershey, PLEASE TEXT Sabrina at 972-213-4748. He is at our veterinary clinic, Country View Animal Hospital.
